Our Facility

Tucked away in gulf shore breezes, our Friendship Road facility serves as our worldwide manufacturing and logistics headquarters. Our 13,000 sq. ft. facility located in Daphne, AL was built with purpose, inside and out, to adhere to the highest regulations. Our onsite chemists oversee the production and quality of everything we manufacture. They work closely with the FDA to implement regulations into our process and monitor for changes in regulations.

SAFETY PLUS

We’ve worked closely with OSHA to develop and adhere to strict manufacturing and occupational standards not only for producing a safe and quality product, but also to protect the safety of our employees. Each member of our team goes through extensive training with Safety Plus for certifications in HAZMAT, pathogens, safety, electrical and other occupational safety training.

MODEL MANAGEMENT

International Standards Organization or “ISO 9001 Certified” means that we have met the requirements in the ISO 9001 Quality Management System. This evaluates whether the QMS is appropriate and effective while demanding identification and implementation of improvements.

SETTING THE STANDARDS

FDA regulates the manufacture, import packaging, labeling, advertising, promotion sale and distribution of products. Our practices meet and exceed proposed standards.

MANAGING VARIABLES

Cleanrooms isolate released air to minimize particle swirling, aggregation and deposition on clean surfaces. Personnel selected to work in cleanrooms undergo extensive training in contamination control theory. They enter and exit the cleanroom through gowning rooms, and they must wear special clothing designed to trap contaminants that are naturally generated by skin and the body.

GMP helps to ensure the consistent quality and safety of products by focusing attention on five key elements, which are often referred to as the 5 P’s of GMP— people, premises, processes, products and procedures.
